Toddler Fun

In Laney's words, "Tana wants some too and a bib too"

Riding the "tractor" at the mall.  I didn't have the right change to make it move, but she didn't know.  She loved it!

Sunglasses, "noman" and her purse.  She's a rock star and she's ready to go.
(Please notice my vacuum cleaner there, yep - gold star for mama!)

Walking her baby.  It was the longest-short walk ever.  We stopped and looked at and talked about every little interesting thing.  The cars going by, the spray paint on the grass, the birds we could hear, the clouds and the trees.  She didn't know which house was ours, so she tried to turn into each sidewalk.
I think Winnie the Pooh would have called this a successful ramble.

She made herself comfortable at Books-A-Million. This is a John Deere tractor book. :)

Singing and playing with Da Da here.  I think they sang Away in a Manger (naturally), The ABC's and The B-I-B-L-E during this jam session ;)

And last, she discovered the pockets on her apron, and she put every single one of her cookies in them.

Having a toddler is truly so fun!

I forgot to tell you, when Laney was crying in the nursery I would sing Away in a Manger and that would calm her down. She never sang with me, but at least she quieted down and listened...progress!!
