Day 3 started out with a bang and was a long one (get ready for the longest post ever)! We had breakfast with Mickey and his crew at Chef Mickey's! Very fun experience, very yummy food - those Mickey waffles aren't just for show y'all! They are GOOD! And only one tear-filled moment when we thought HJ's beloved Pinky was gone forever . . .
She turned up though, thank goodness :)
I still look a little sleepy and shiny here . . . but Minnie looks amazing as always. How does she do it?
Goofy is coming!!!
Goofy showing us his golf swing!
After a very filling breakfast (and SOMEONE getting caught by MICKEY for stealing a bunch of bananas-for real, I'm not kidding this really happened! HA!!!), our group decided to split up. We (me, Kyle, Shanda, Ben and Nonna) decided to go to Magic Kingdom again with the 2 year-olds and the 20-somethings, Didi, Grumpa and Pa went to Epcot to check it out. It really turned out to be a great day for everybody. Let's face it -it's hard to keep a group of 16 folks together - especially in Disney World! We got to go back and do the things at the Magic Kingdom that we didn't do on our first day (mainly rides) and the Epcot crew got to check out a new park and the the flower and garden show.
First stop at Magic Kingdom - Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin. Super fun, one of our favs-you get to shoot aliens!
The Tea cups! We could barely fit in there, seriously - our legs were too long. Laney had a moment because she wanted her "own seat" and sweet Nonna generously agreed to hop out to make more room. Thanks for the pic Nonna!
Next, we headed for the Winnie the Pooh ride. They had just closed it down for a few minutes for a technical difficulty and right when we walked up they opened it. So we had no wait on this one!
Laney thought it was neat that we rode in honey pots!
This particular ride had lots of fun things for the kids to do while you wait in line. Honey pot and vegetable drums, Winnie the Pooh's house (which our girls loved!), a computer touch screen that has honey running down it that the kids can manipulate and move the "honey" with their fingers.

Before our next stop which was, Enchanted Tales with Belle, we grabbed fastpasses for Under the Sea ~ Journey of the Little Mermaid because the wait time was really long for it. We were able to check the wait times on our phones with the Disney World app :) Very handy!
We LOVED this "ride" so much. It's really nice break from all the other rides because it's different. It's an interactive little play with Belle and in the meantime you get to tour Belle's house and see the Beast's castle too. See it way up there on the mountain? So cool!
The girls waiting in line. That was thing these girls learned on this trip, to wait their turn. Those 'stolen' bananas did come in handy while we were waiting in line though ;)
Once you get ushered in they ask if anyone would like to volunteer to be part of the play. Not too many folks volunteered so the guy just started picking folks and our own Ben got picked to be a guard! He was a great sport and the girls thought it was cool that he was up there!
You SHOULD volunteer, because you get to have your picture taken with Belle at the end if you were part of the show!
So fun, another one of our favorites!
After that we headed over to Ariel's Grotto and rode the Under the Sea ride with our fastpasses. We loved this one too, maybe because this was our (me and Shanda's) favorite growing up! It felt like you were in the movie - sort of :)
Me and Laney riding in our shell!
You're singing "Under the Sea" to yourself aren't you? I am!
The only "scary" part.
Now what are you singing? Uh huh, "Kiss the Girl" and you're singing it with the Sebastion accent, right?
Well, if you weren't, you might just be now!
Laney has told several people that this was her favortie ride at Disney :)
Next we headed over to Be Our Guest. The wait on our first day there had been ridiculous and we passed it up, but on this day we ate such a huge breakfast at Chef Mickey's we weren't hungry till around 2:00 and by that time the crowd had thinned out and we only had to wait 10 minutes or so. The only down side was sweet HJ feel asleep in line :) They do close at 3:00, so it really was the perfect time to go there.
We loved our experience here, the food was great (I mean, braised pork over a bed of mashed potatoes good!) and not too pricey, they have a very speedy and high tech ordering system (you order on a touch screen computer, they give you a rose that has gps maybe? then they bring your order to your table), and really the atmosphere is just awesome!
Beautiful! Look closely (when your there) at the back windows and you'll see the snow falling! No detail left undone y'all!
They even have a "West Wing" where the enchanted rose is!
Nonna and Laney.
After our lunch, we headed over to ride It's a Small World - not the most exciting, but a classic.
Then our our girl's rode Goofy's Barnstormer! It was their first roller coaster!
Shanda and I were a wreck! Nonna was all excited!
The both did great, and didn't cry, but Laney said "it was scary."
Then we all rode the Walt Disney World Railroad over to Adventureland.
And checked out the Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse and the Jungle Cruise.
The Jungle Cruise was probably our least favorite thing of the day. Let's face it we just saw REAL animals at Animal Kingdom yesterday, so this was a little cheesy.
Then we did a little shopping at Castle Couture. Each of the girl's got a surprise there. HJ got some princess figurines and Laney picked out a Repunzel nightgown. She wanted to put it on right then and there. We explained it was really pajamas, but she didn't care she wanted to wear it then! Tears started to flow and we gave in because after all it's Disney World! She looked precious in it, and it worked out in the end.
It started to get dark and we headed over to Mickey's Philharmagic. Which is a 3D show that you watch in a theater. The wait was short and it's a great place to sit and chill for a little while. It was a cute little show and we enjoyed it, although Laney refused to wear her 3D glasses.
Dusk at Prince Charming's Carousel.
We grabbed some dinner at the Starlight Cafe. The food was okay, but not my fav meal of the trip or anything.
After that, Nonna took our girls back to the Winnie the Pooh House/Ride to play while we (Shanda, Ben, Kyle and I) rode Space Mountain (we had gotten fastpasses for this too)! We all four absolutely loved it and laughed our heads off! Fun times! Thanks for watching the girls Nonna! This is just one of the reasons why you should defintely bring grandparents along with you to DW if possible :)
Rapunzel's Lanterns.
That was pretty much the end of evening. After that we just watched the fireworks again and headed back to the hotel with our beyond exhausted girls!
Goodbye Magic Kingdom!
We really lived it up this day and packed in as much as possible! So fun!
Our sweet-pea was already in her pj's and asleep when we got back to the hotel :)

EPCOT!
Here are some of the pics that our other crew took at Epcot.
The flowers were amazing! They stayed about the same amount of time as we did at MK. They loved the flower show, rode as many rides as possible and enjoyed all the international food choices :)
Mickey and Minnie
Cousins :)
Lady and the Tramp - awesome!
Lightning McQueen!
Mater - made of flowers!
Preparing for Launch!!! Apparently this one made a few folks sick?
They ended their day with Fireworks too!
The said it was the best fireworks show they had ever seen.
Did I leave anything out Epcot folks?

I love all the pictures! You did such a great job documenting. Doesn't it make you want to go back?
Thank you Mollie! It definitely makes me want to go back!
Great post, Audge! And somebody did NOT 'steal' bananas! They were paid for dearly!!! :)
