Croatia

 The last few days have been a little different for us Joneses.  Our "Da Da" is out of the country.  He is on a mission trip in Croatia.  I know what your probably thinking - where is Croatia?  Well, it's close to Italy and it's highlighted below.  

 Kyle and the rest of the team from our church, have gone with the goal of focusing on outreach related to teaching English in a local Croatian school.  They are working with Kris and Nina Brackett, a missionary family that is supported by our church.  To learn more about their ministry click here.  

The Lord blessed the team with safe travels and I was able to talk to Kyle on Sunday morning while they were waiting for their last flight at the airport in Vienna, Austria. Can I just say how thankful I am for face time and iphones!?!  Not only did I get to hear his voice but I got to see his face and it was free!  Kyle is staying in an apartment over a little coffee shop in the town which has wireless, so I have been able to face time with him several times.  Kyle loves being able to see Laney and she loves to see her Da Da.  She tries to grab the phone every time!

  

So, if you get a chance say a prayer for Kyle and the entire team in Croatia.  Pray for opportunities for the team to share God's word and the building of relationships with the people as well as for safe travels.  I will leave you with pictures of the area around the Brakett's home that Kyle sent on Sunday.
