Well, we had a great Halloween this year. We started it by having a fall party at church with our playgroup friends. We decorated pumpkins, had some yummy food and played.

Then we came home and napped (yes, both of us - did you see how many kids were at the party?)
And when when it was time we headed out the door to go TRICK-OR-TREATING!!!
Laney was sooooo excited. She picked out who she wanted to be this year all by herself. Granted, she did change her mind quite a few times - it finally came down to either Cinderella or Angelina Ballerina and in the end - it was Angelina that won out.
And so . . . I set out to make ears and a tail.
So, here they are Abby Caddaby (great job Shanda!) and Angelina Ballerina!
In case you have never heard of Angelina, she is a mouse that LOVES to dance. We first found the books by Katharine Holabird and then discovered the tv show. Yeah, I never heard of her until I became the mother of a little girl.
This was when we first got to Nonna and Pa's house. All four of her grandparents were waiting on the porch to see her. She is so blessed by these four people and loved beyond comprehension!
